1. Let’s get to know YOU! During this first meeting, we would love to meet you at your project site. We’ll explore your ideas, aspirations, take notes and answer any questions you may have.

2. The next meeting involves engaging our subcontractors, such as our architect, electrician and plumber to conduct a thorough assessment of the area to be renovated, taking note of any structural issues or design preferences and develop a detailed plan outlining the scope of work, timeline, and budget for the project.

3. We will then begin obtaining all essential HOA approvals, permits, inspections and county/city permissions, finalize designs, and assess and approve plans.

4. Let the work commence! Paperwork and permits have been authorized, a timeline has been established, we are ready to bring your vision to reality.
